Located just a short walk from the nearest MRT station, making it easy to get around the city. the staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. the room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Free coffee and tea were provided along with biscuits, and there was a Carrefour Grocery within walking distance.
There were some minor noise issues with doors slamming shut and noise in the hallways.

This hotel was great! the staff was super helpful and friendly, and they made my stay really easy. the room was really comfortable and clean, with some nice complimentary tea and coffee to enjoy. the location was perfect - close to the train station and lots of local food options. I also appreciated the fast and easy check in and check out process.
My only complaint would be that there were no elevators to the reception area, so it was a bit of a hassle to carry my luggage upstairs. But the staff was really helpful and offered to carry it for me.

We were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and friendliness of the hotel staff. They went out of their way to arrange a taxi for us to the airport, ensuring a smooth end to our trip. Additionally, the hotel's location near the night market and metro station made it convenient for exploring the city. Although the hotel is in an old building, we found it easy to locate and the entrance on the ground floor was a bonus.

Great value for money, comfy beds, helpful staff, and convenient location near MRT station. Loved the free breakfast! Based on the reviews, I appreciated the extra attention to detail such as providing freshly ground coffee in the morning and offering an extra pillow and blanket on request. The hotel staff was perceived as friendly, welcoming, informative and helpful despite the language barrier. The location was central and made it easy for travelers to access other areas of the city on the subway.
Location slightly removed from amenities.

The check-in process was quick and we appreciate being able to check-in early. The staff was also friendly and helpful. We were able to easily access public transportation and the night market, which was a great way to experience the local culture.
The beds were hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. The room was also noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.

I loved staying here! The location was amazing, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station and close to a few 24-hour convenience stores. It was also easy to reach Taipei 101 by MRT and visit the great night market at NingXia. The hotel facilities were great, including a water dispenser and coffee machine in the lobby, and a common pantry with free coffee and basic kitchen utensils. The cleanliness was impressive, with the white towels changed daily and the room impeccably clean. Moreover, the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Cannot find any fault.
